Do I need a Passport?
Yes, you will need a valid Passport to travel to Colombia. The Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your travel date.
Do I need to pay VAT tax?
No, non-Colombian citizens do not need to pay the 19% VAT (or IVA) tax on lodging. If you see this on your bill, show them your STAMPED passport and they will remove. This means you must get stamped at immigration at the airport.
Do I need to rent a car or schedule taxi service?
We will have ground transportation to the hotel and to our scheduled activities. For any other activities, the hotel can assist you in scheduling transportation.
What do I wear?
Pre-Boda Attire: Colombian inspired festive-wear.
Wedding Attire: Guests will wear all white.
What will the weather be like?
The weather in central Colombia is typically sunny and 70 degrees with spots of rain in the afternoon.
Where am I going?
Pereira, Colombia is in the heart of Eje Cafetero (the Coffee Axis). You will be surrounded by lucious green mountains and sprawling fincas.
Are kids invited?
Yes, your entire family is welcome to join. Our 5 will be so thrilled to celebrate with them.
How do I book my hotel?
Please complete the RSVP form and the hotel will contact you to confirm your reservation.
Is there a registry?
No, your love and support is all the gift we need as we start our life together.
How much does the coffee tour cost?
The coffee tour is part of the Pre-Boda celebration so their will be no cost to our guests. Details will be shared closer to the event.
How do I book my activities?
Please contact the hotel directly to book all activities (except Coffee Tour & Pre-Boda)
How do I confirm my hotel reservations?
Please submit your RSVP form on the website. We will communicate the information to the hotel and the hotel will contact you directly to secure your reservation.
Will you need a rental car?
This is personal choice; however, we do not think you will need a rental car. Transportation from the airport to the hotel will be provided. Rental cars and transport is easy to arrange when you want to leave the hotel.
What will I be eating?
The hotel provides breakfast with your reservations. There is a full restaurant onsite plus plenty of other local restaurants within a short distance of the hotel.
Dinner will be provided at the Pre-Boda celebration and Wedding celebration.
