Monday, October 12, 2026
The brides and their families arrive at Casa San Carlos for a day of preparation.
Tuesday, October 13, 2026
The brides and families will spend the day horseback riding and visiting a local children center for a day of service. Any guests are welcome to join us or enjoy a day at the pool at the hotel.
Wednesday, October 14, 2026
Wednesday will be spent enjoying the pool, hiking and spa and all Casa San Carlos has to offer.
Thursday, October 15, 2026
Join us for a coffee farm tour in the early afternoon followed by the Pre-Boda. Transportation to both activities will be provided.
Friday, October 16, 2026
Morning activities include a pickup soccer match, spa, hair and makeup.
Wedding begins at 4pm
Saturday, October 17, 2026
Join the newlyweds for brunch by the pool before they head back to Texas with their family Saturday evening.
